8. Return & Exchange Policy – Burkini Remsa
8.1 Refunds
Burkini Remsa provides refunds only for orders that have not been handed over to the shipping company.

Important: We do not offer refunds for any order that has already been transferred to the shipping company.
8.2 Exchanges
We offer product exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. If you would like to exchange your burkini product, you must notify us within this 14-day period.
- The customer is responsible for returning the product to us.
- Once we receive the returned item, the replacement product will be shipped to the customer.
8.3 Shipping Fees for Returns
Burkini Remsa does not cover return shipping costs. Free return shipping is not available.

8.4 Customs & Import Duties
The sender is responsible for any customs taxes related to the return shipment. We strongly recommend choosing a shipping company that provides customs tracking.
Please note: We will not accept packages with unpaid customs duties.
8.5 Exchange Product Value
Exchanged products must be of equal or lower value than the new product requested by the customer.
